Managed to do a quick test and got a animation working on itch manually exported  from GODOT, might very on complexity was a simple animation using a c# script. Need to use GODOT 3.6 as the latest version that will run , after looking through the .Net and setup files you might be limited to .Net 4.2. also using WASM. not a web expert but it uses it
